Ballpark Village welcomes a new player to its lineup of restaurants. Opening June 13 in the One Cardinal Way luxury apartment building, Fielder’s Choice will feature breakfast, lunch and dinner options, filling a unique culinary niche for neighborhood residents and guests.

Owner Amy Lowery based the Fielder’s Choice menu on favorites from her original Pine Mountain Country Coffee & Ice Cream Shoppe in Festus, Missouri. The overall design and new menu offerings reflect her love for living in the Ballpark Village neighborhood as a longtime St. Louis Cardinals fan.

Located in a street-level space of One Cardinal Way, Fielder’s Choice will feature authentic New York bagels with cream cheese sourced from legendary New York Bagel company Ess-a-Bagel. The restaurant will serve savory breakfast bagel sandwiches, and breakfast entrees served all day including avocado toast, omelets, and biscuits and gravy. Lunch and dinner options include hearty bagel sandwiches and build-your-own salads. On the sweeter side, guests can enjoy acai superfruit bowls with a variety of topping choices; banana parfaits; fresh-made waffles with endless combinations of drizzles, fruit and ice cream; mini donuts in four flavors; and ice cream served up by the cup, cone and more. Fielder’s Choice also offers specialty coffees, a dozen plant-based lotus energy drinks, flavored lemonades, smoothies, teas and other drinks.

The café-style restaurant will be open from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily starting Thursday, June 13.
