DO I HAVE TO BE 21 TO ATTEND THE NEW YEAR’S EVE PARTY?
Yes, all guests must be 21 years of age or older on 12/31/24 to attend.
DO I NEED TO HAVE A TICKET TO GET INTO LIVE! AT THE POINTE ORLANDO ON NEW YEAR’S EVE?

CAN I MOVE AROUND TO DIFFERENT VENUES THROUGHOUT THE NIGHT?
Yes. One of the highlights of NYE Live! is that you can celebrate in participating bars and nightclubs. Based on your ticket level (Gold or Platinum), you will be able to move freely from venue-to-venue and throughout Ballpark Village. Limitations may include designated VIP areas within a venue or if a venue reaches capacity. Visit Get Tickets to learn more about participating venues and ticket packages.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN ALL-INCLUSIVE TICKETS?
All-inclusive includes premium cocktails, draft beer, and house wine (does not include shots, doubles or energy drinks). Upgrade options are available. Please reference our ticket packages here for more information.
WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE FOR THE EVENT?
It's New Year's Eve so dress to impress! We encourage business casual to formal attire. Please note that Ballpark Village has a code of conduct that all guests need to abide by. You can reference the code of conduct here.
WHAT DOES "SUBJECT TO OUR RESPONSIBLE SERVICE POLICY" MEAN?
Meaning, if at any point our staff feels as though you should no longer be served, we hold the right to refuse service.

WHERE CAN I PARK?
Ballpark Village offers convenient parking in the North Ballpark Village surface lots as well as in the PwC Pennant Building parking garage accessible from Walnut Street, 8th Street, and South Broadway.

A coat check will be available for Platinum ticket holders only.
WILL THERE BE AREAS DESIGNATED FOR THE DISABLED?

HOW LATE ARE THE VENUES OPEN?
While the exclusive drink packages end at midnight, the venues will remain open until 3AM.
