Tickets purchased to the Budweiser BrewHouse Deck for regularly scheduled games are non-refundable or transferable. However, refunds or transfers may be available, based on the following circumstances.

Cancellation without Reschedule
In the event that a regularly scheduled game is cancelled in it's entirety due to weather or other Public Health Order and a reschedule date is not provided, a full refund will be provided to the ticket purchaser within 14 days of cancellation notice by the St. Louis Cardinals.

Cancellation with Reschedule
In the event that a regularly scheduled game is cancelled in it's entirety due to weather or other Public Health Order and a reschedule date is provided, a refund will not be provided to the ticket purchaser. The ticket will be honored for the rescheduled date and time, provided that it occurs within the 2020 baseball season. There will be no refunds for cancellations where a rescheduled game occurs during the 2020 Season.

Postponement with Reschedule
If a game is postponed, unable to be completed and subsequently rescheduled for completion after starting as scheduled, due to weather - the ticket will be honored on the rescheduled date. If a game has been been played through the bottom of the 4th inning, the ticket will not be honored for the rescheduled date. There will be no refunds for either circumstance.

Cancellation due to Public Health Orders
If a game is cancelled without reschedule in the 2020 Season, due to Public Health Orders, full refunds will be made available to ticket-holders for the cancelled games within 14 days of cancellation notice by the St. Louis Cardinals.

Occupancy Restriction of Public Areas due to Public Health Orders
If Public Health Orders restrict occupancy of public spaces and the Budweiser BrewHouse Deck is not able to be occupied by ticket-holders, but a game still occurs, full refunds of tickets will be provided within 14 days of the game date.
